Langtang

The Langtang region, just north of Kathmandu, offers a stunning and less crowded Himalayan experience. Known as the “valley of glaciers,” it features views of Langtang Lirung, sacred Gosaikunda Lake, and lush rhododendron forests. Rich in biodiversity, it shelters rare wildlife like red pandas. Trekkers explore Tamang villages, a historic cheese factory in Kyanjin Gompa, and serene alpine meadows. Yala Peak offers a non-technical climb, making Langtang ideal for cultural immersion, natural beauty, and accessible adventure.
